A working day is deemed Monday to Friday. Contact our customer service team to inform about delayed delivery. If item is not delivered within the above timescales, our customer service team will contact Royal Mail to submit lost parcel claim.
NOTE: No refund will be issued until we hear back from Royal Mail, parcel may still be in transit. If you urgently need the items you have ordered, place a new order. We will issue a full refund upon confirmation receipt from Royal Mail that parcel is lost.
